Our annual maintenance and support plan begins the day you purchase the CAMPWISE product. We include one year of subscription to the plan with the original purchase of CAMPWISE. At the end of that year, we suggest that our customers renew their maintenance and support plan subscription. The support plan includes the following services and/or benefits: |
- Unlimited software support via phone, fax, email, or web*
- Access to customer-only content on our website
- Software defect fixes
- Software updates which may include features that are added to the modules you currently own
- Report writing assistance**
- Toll free number for support
- User manuals
- Training

* Hours for support are 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. After hours support is available for an additional charge. The cost will be $100/hr with a $25 minimum charge.
** Customers receive a number of hours of free report writing assistance annually based on the modules installed. Customers receive extra hours during the first year. If the number of hours is exceeded during the year, the service can be provided at the standard support rate of $100/hr. Exceptions are made for requests that result in new master reports or master report revisions and for requests that involve report defects. | | | |
