*Support hours are 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. If you need after hours support, there will be a $100/hour charge with a $25 minimum.
**With each year’s renewal of the annual subscription, customers receive a number of hours of free report writing assistance with an annual subscription based on the modules purchased and installed and whether it’s a new sale or ongoing support. If the number of hours needed exceeds the standard amount, support fees will be a $100/hour charge with a $25 minimum. After-hours fees are waived in the event of requests that result in new master reports or master report revisions and for requests that involve report defects.
