- Activity Scheduling is integrated into CAMPWISE and is accessible throughout the software. There is no need to import campers in the Activity module. Additional integration with the Staff and Camper Lookup modules improves the efficiency and eliminates duplicate data entry.
- Parents can enter in Activity Selections online as a part of the Online Registration process. The sessions for selection entry are defaulted based on the sessions the camper is enrolled for.

- Create activities with age, grade, and/or gender requirements easily. CAMPWISE performs error checks to ensure that each camper meets the requirements before allowing the camper to select that particular activity. This ensures that a camper will only take the appropriate activities based on their age, grade, and/or gender.
- Activities with enrollment limits can be setup by defining a maximum number of allotted campers. After the scheduling process is run, the system will display activities that are full graphically as part of the master schedule calendar.

- CAMPWISE Staff module is integrated with Activity Scheduling to allow staff members to be easily assigned from drop down selections, eliminating duplicate data entry.
- Create enrollment minimums for any activity which you want to ensure that the minimum is met before running that activity for a particular session. After the scheduling process completes, the system will display activities that have not met the minimum requirements graphically as part of the master schedule calendar.
- Create time blocks or periods that the system will use to schedule activities. he time blocks are very flexible allowing for virtually any combination of time and day of the week and week of the month.
- Each session can be unique. For each session the camp can choose which activities to offer or not offer and assign time blocks to these activities. You can have different activity offerings and different schedules from one session to the next.
- Copy an entire activity schedule including time block assignments from one session to another.

- Change an individual camper's schedule easily. Override maximum counts or age/grade restrictions as necessary.
- The activity scheduling process will schedule campers for activities based on their selections and priorities.
- Create the schedule for all campers in a particular session and process all priorities with one run or run the process just for a specific priority or activity. Scheduling can be run by activity or by priority as user chooses. User can select a different processing order for each scheduling process run.
- Camp staff can run the scheduling process for one camper at a time. Use this ability to take care of late arrivals, campers who forgot to provide their selections, etc.
- Choose the processing order for running the scheduling process. Order options include Registration date, Age, Grade, Gender, or the date the Activity Form was returned.
- When processing by Age or Grade, you can also determine whether you want to schedule oldest to youngest or vice versa. Running the scheduling process for a specific age or grade range is also an option.
- Purge or archive camper activity schedules once that session is over to improve software performance. Date is available for management reports that can help determine camper interest in specific activities.
- Enter activity selections and run a single camper through the scheduling process. This can be useful for scheduling late arrivals.
- If a camper changes their sessions, users can easily move their activity selections to the newly registered session.
- Many reports are included such as Camper Activity Rosters, Camper Schedules, Department Schedules, Master Activity reports, and many more.
