- Each camp can create custom fields to collect camper information specific to their camp such as T-shirt size, opt-in newsletters, churches, schools, profile information, etc. using the Form Creator feature. There is no limit to the number of fields the camp can create.
- Create custom fields to collect camper medical information specific to your camp. There is no limit to the number of fields that can be created. The medical information can be secured to limit access to specific users.
- Track communications (phone, email, etc.) with the camper and camper family by using the Dialog Tracking feature.
- Enter a zip code and have the city and state information filled in automatically by the software for United States addresses.
- Users can handle address changes easily by entering the new address on the camper personal page then using the update function to update all other appropriate addresses (mother, father, billing, etc.)
- Once a prospective camper is selected through Camper Lookup, all appropriate data is transferred from the Inquiry form into the appropriate fields of the “Camper Registration” form, eliminating duplicate data entry.
- Age is calculated automatically once a camper’s birth date is entered.
- Current and rising grade are calculated automatically once the graduation year is entered. A lookup table allows the user to select a current grade and have the graduation year calculated. At the end of the year current and rising grade are automatically updated and rolled forward based on a specific date chosen by the camp.
- Registration status changes automatically from “Prospective” to “Enrolled” to “Registered” as the registration process is completed. The system will update a camper's status to "Previously Enrolled" once the session has expired. An “Alumni“ status can be applied to campers who are no longer eligible to come to camp as a camper.
- For each camper track the last year attended, the number of years attended, and track the specific years that the camper attended camp.
- Collect all relevant contact information for the adults involved with the camper including mother, father, extended family (sibling, aunt, grandparent), and if applicable a guardian other than a parent. This includes name, address, contact information (phone, cell, email), marital status, employer, and occupation.
- Track the custodial arrangement for an individual camper and ensure that all mailings will be addressed and sent to the proper contact(s).
- Emergency contact information can be entered for each camper separately if different from custodial contact information. Camp decides whether emergency contact information is mandatory for registration.
- Enter the contact information for an unlimited number of extended family members (brother, sister, uncle, etc) and choose whether to include them on mailing lists and/or send copies of invoices.
- A separate billing address can be entered to handle third party arrangements or camper specific payment arrangements.
- Use copy camper function to create a new record for another sibling of the same parent or guardian while maintaining all contact information.
- For each adult contact entered into CAMPWISE, users can indicate whether the camper can be released to that person.
