- Search for campers or parents by first name, last name, city, state, street address, zip/postal code, phone number or cell number.
- Each camper will have their status indicated by an icon specific to their status. There are also icons specific to online registration/inquiry so that you can see visually the source of the camper's registration/inquiry.
- Search for campers from specific cities easily.
- Choose to search only prospective campers, registered campers, or both.
- Search deleted records to find a prospective camper deleted in error and undelete the record if needed.
- Choose a session and/or program and check registration status for all campers associated with that session/program.
- Search for a specific registration status such as “Enrolled, but not Registered”; this provides a quick list of campers who are currently registered but have not yet paid the minimum deposit.
- Clear waitlisted campers directly from the Lookup by Registration Status screen.
- View all sessions, both current and previously registered, directly from the Camper Lookup by clicking on the icon next to the camper's name.
- The selection set from a performed lookup creates a set of camper records that can be navigated using Prev Camper and Next Camper buttons. This allows a user to work with a large group of campers without needing to perform another search or lookup.
- The search criteria for Camper Status is saved each time allowing the user to quickly go back to lookup and use the same criteria for the next search.
- Selecting a prospective camper through Camper Lookup moves all data received into the appropriate fields and readies the camper’s record for Registration.
- For camps that use the Advanced package, tabs for Brochure Request and Online New/Change allow the camp administrator to easily see when new registrations have been entered or see what brochure requests are outstanding.
- Create a new record easily by clicking on Add New Camper icon.
