CAMP
Provides for individual registrations including the online registration. Also includes transportation, housing, finance and more.

CONFERENCE
The conference module is used to set-up reservations, contracts and invoices for groups who are renting your facilities or paying for an event that will be managed by your organization.

ONLINE STAFF
Provides the ability for staff applicants to submit an electronic application online. The camp can then send emails to references asking them to submit letters of reference for an applicant. Staff contracts can also be created using this module.

DONOR
Donor module also provides for tracking a donor’s giving history, volunteer hours, biographical information as well as tracking contacts and communications with the donor.

POINT OF SALE (POS)
Used in a camp store to track purchases. Purchases can be charged to a registrant’s store account or paid by credit card or cash. The ability to track inventory levels is also available in POS.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULING
This module may be used by camps who have defined activity periods and allow campers to submit activities prior to attending camp. A scheduling process will take the campers activity choices and schedule them into available time blocks.

DIGITAL SIGNATURES
With Digital Signatures, contract recipients can review and sign contracts digitally. No more printing, signing, scanning, or sending documents. Currently available for both Guest Groups/Retreats and Staff.

MEDICAL RECORDS
This app provides the ability for the nurse to check-in medications, dispense medications and record all visits to see a nurse.

MOBILE APP – BARCODING
This is a support option for camps who are using a scanning device to read barcodes. This is needed only if using scanners for POS or with the Medical Records app.

MOBILE APP – CAMPWISE SWIPE
This is a support option for camps who are using credit card swipe devices with the Check-In app or Point of Sales (POS). This app is required if using the Magtek device to swipe credit cards.

WRISTBANDS
Campwise software has the capability to assign a barcode to each camper, allowing the camp to easily find camper information. The wristbands could be used for check-in, for camp store purchases, and for dispensing of medications.

MAGTEK SWIPE DEVICE
The Magtek tDynamo Swipe Device is a blue-tooth enabled device that allows for credit card payments via swipe, tap, and chip methods. Currently only iOS devices are supported.
